COVID-19 Update

As we monitor the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus) around the world, we want to ensure you that the health and well-being of our shoe-lovers, artists, and staff are always our highest priority. We understand the growing concern surrounding the virus across our communities, and our hearts go out to all those who've been impacted.

In response to heightened concerns about the pandemic, Fly Soul events are canceled for the month of March and April. Out of an abundance of caution, we have added the following steps beyond our usual high standard of cleanliness and service going forward:

  • Require that artists and staff members stay home if they feel ill and/or experience any symptoms.
  • Increase our quality control measures by minimizing points of contact with our products.
  • Have hand sanitizer readily available amongst our staff and manufacturers.
  • Conduct an aggressive cleaning schedule in all public areas, including increased cleaning of door handles, handrails, and bathroom areas.

  • As our distribution center is in Las Vegas we have halted all internal fulfillment practices and are adhering to the "only essential tasks" directive from the Governor of Nevada where our offices are headquartered. We will revisit this on May 1. We are committed to keeping you the customer informed of any changes as we navigate this new reality together.
